A little Jewish bird name Fliegel takes two bored youngsters on a flight across 4,000 years of Jewish history. Fliegel takes off in Canaan, where it all began with God's promise to Abraham, swoops in on hard times in Egypt, and alights at Mount Sinai to hear the message "at the heart of our lives."
