Colombian Love is hit comedy about three friends trying to bridge the gap between love, lust, and marriage. Omer (Nir Levy) is newly married and happy – or so he thinks – until talk of having a baby sets his nerves on edge. Meanwhile, Uri (Assi Cohen) is caught between the love of his life, Tali (Mili Avital, The Human Stain, Stargate), and a domineering father who play tug-of-war with his heart. Finally Zidane (Itay Barnea) is a free-spirited ladies’ man who contradicts his own “hit and run” philosophy when moonstruck by an old Colombian flame. Their dilemmas form a compelling, witty look into the different faces of the Israeli male attitude towards love and relationships.
